Seaport tug motor ?

Can anyone tell me what size stock motor is in the seaport tug , looking for something with a little more power . the stock motor seams a little weak when pushing  , don't want to change motor mount , looking for a bolt on replacement .

I've torn mine apart now, but I think it's a 380 size...

Defo a 380 size
Anything bigger will need a change of motor mount.

I put a 385 in mine, worked a treat, not so high revving as a 380.

any recantations on how many turn motor , looking for more pushing power . stock motor don't seam strong enough real slow for retrieving .
