Great little boat, what is that bumpy material you are using there, is it a styrene?

Tug Cowboy, she is 17 inch long.. and well balanced after some trial and error methods.. and my main platform for modeling students.. so easy to make.. just some cuts and glue.. making lots of variations.. the texture of the surface is made by myself, to depict the carbon composite.. its normal foam board, is styroflex, or also known as sun board, and i made the texture over the usual foam board with a handle of point iron.. i have a point iron with a steel handle with knurling all over it.. so, i just place the foam board on a flat surface then start to roll the handle all over in straight lines to achieve the texture.. when painted it brings great effect on surface, that depicts carbon composite like texture.. thank you..
