hi there, can anyone help a pal of mine, who called me up last night?
 
he has aquired a  model which is fitted with a graupner dolphin model outboard with motor and flexishaft drive...
 
but the flexidrive shaft is busted, and needs a replacement- it seems from his internet search these are not availiable anymore... is this right ?
 
 he says it looks like its an unusual size being 1/8th too, lots of flex drives are beefier / thicker ?
 
 can anyone offer any ideas on a replacement, does anyone know of a source, - he wants to keep the outboard as drive and doesnt want to do too much modificiation
 
 
 
( looks like a mt50 speedo cable may do the trick but dont really want to start chopping up motorcylcle parts !)
 
any suggestions folks ?

thanks, think i have it  sorted now,  ( and the flexishaft for a dremel is the same size too, even if abit long ! )
