Bath trial  went ok, stern heavy and low in the water, that can be sorted , started the paint job , two colours , light gray and dark sea gray and no boot topping, with a little weathering

A view of the rear plane assembly, using an electrical connector to join the  shaft halves and brass sleeve with a ball joint on one end , the angular bracket  in picture holds the wtc in place behind the battery holder, pete

The bath test , the boat began to roll over, it was ok last time,   I had stood the battery upright  which  altered the water line cg, once the battery laid flat , much better, the water line isnt quite there but its not bad, next job  achievi   ng dived trim, mmmmm

Can't you fit the battery through the hull separation instead of the bottom cutout?
