MMB will turn these up to the exact size of the inner diameter of your tube.

I've had a few sets of end caps from Donald at RC Sub Workshop, and all have been fine except one pair which didn't fit.
You really need to send the tube to whomever is going to machine the caps for you so they can be made an exact fit...have a word with my mate Andy (user name on here : tattooed) he will make end caps for you, and damn good they are too, I recommend them.
