not only does it take so long for such thingsa to be cleared up, but the evidence aka the Flying Phantom has been laid up in a docks in Glasgow since the tragedy for all with access to see.............very sad reminder.
 
Similarly only yesterday, the Manx Government were given release of the Solway Harvester to be scrapped, after she lay at Douglas for years...........all in the name of "evidence".
 
The "judicial" system in this country moves and an exasperatingly slow pace, and the only winners are the judges, barristers and lawyers, who rake it in the longer these matters drag out.........b**** disgusting.

Clydeport scheduled to appear at High Court, Edinburgh, in September to answer charges under H&S legislation.
