i remember the year when ghostie pitched his tent right at the back of my caravan..... that i didnt mind...... but i do remember the box of tesco value burgers he stuffed into my fridge....

but burgers done on a barbeque usually needed buns, ketchup, etc.....but not for ghostie !!! just 10 value burgers.........

the following year no ghostie......

will try and get along to wicky 2015......

Was that the same year he pitched his tent at the bottom of the hill, and nearly floated away when it rained?

Happy new year to all of you. It's blowing a real hoolie here in Northants today ….. is this the May weather arriving early ?????

The long range weather pundits are saying that this year will be hotter than 2014. If it ain't good in May then we should spit-roast everyone at the met office.

Hope you all had a good christmas and the man in red delivered lots of nice shiny boat bits (or at least you told the domestic manager thats where they came from)!
Steve.

Fantastic news - we've just been told our Holiday due to depart on the 23rd of May has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

This means that I can finally come back to Mayhem at Wicksteed after missing it since 2011!

Never been so happy to have a holiday cancelled. Best start getting a few boats ready, the only one seaworthy at the moment is the same one I took in 2010 and that just won't do.

Very excited.

TENTATIVE idea here.........how many Robbe Atlantis's and Vivaldia could we get sailing together??? there must be a few out there!!!! Ive taken mine for the last 3 years and very rarely get to sail her due to a certain club member from Wicksteed park nicking the TX off me every time he sees me!!! PS Look at the picture of the month to see what he was doing with her last year!!!

As a newcomer to the hobby this appears to be a great annual event.
I will first need to consult with 'she who shall be obeyed' before committing to attend.

Seriously mate. This show is so good. It's worth telling " her who should be obeyed"
To shut up and get in the kitchen and make you sandwiches to go to the show

I'd be signing my 'death warrant' if I told her that  {-)

.... I don't think Mayhem has a disclaimer strong enough that covers that.

 Nice knowing you Ian..... we'll remember you with fondness.  {:-{
