The u/j is a push fit
comes off quite easily
Just pop a bit of Cyrano in the
hole when re assembling.

What is Cyrano ?

Superglue. Cyrano  = Cyanoacrylate  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanoacrylate
