motor for a graupner carina

Hi folks, could do with a little help please, picked up the above boat at a market ( partly built ) 20" in length  and was wondering what motor to use. This one any good for it http://www.mtroniks.net/prod/Motors-For-RC-Boats/M400.htm, radio will be 2.4 and battery probably a 7.2 stick type

Hi Jack,   That would do nicely,  I've used a lot of M-tronics gear, never had any problems. :-))

I have a Lotse, about the same size, probably a very similar configuration.  A standard 380 running at near its max voltage using a 2 blade 25mm prop was very satisfactory.  Running that type of motor on a little over half its max voltage will result in gentlemanly performance.
