As the limit on sizes of pics is quite small on this forum, does this mean that I cant upload a video ?

I afraid you can't upload videos John.

The picture size has been set for the best resolution on mayhem and increasing it would not be of any benefit.  I usually set my pictures to around 100k each and this fills the screen adequately.
