KINGSBURY WATER PARK MODEL BOAT CLUB
« on: July 08, 2006, 12:21:40 am »

Having just successfully held our first ever Warship Day at Kingsbury (Sun JUly 2nd)? I think we have put ourselves on the map, so to speak. This event attracted quite a large gathering of model boater's from all over the UK, with over sixty models arriving before 11 am.
The K.W.P.M.B.C. is a well established club, with over 120 members. Situated in the Midlands less than 3 miles from Junc 9 of the M42, we are accessable to many clubs from?the North, South, East or West of the country, making it an ideal venue for holding such events as our Warship Day. If you would like to know more about Kingsbury, please visit our website at www.kwpmbc.co.uk. The lake is open all year round and members meet on Thursday afternoons, Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings for free sailing, unless an event is taking place, throughout the summer season.
The Warship Day will now become an Anual Event.
