Yep,I agree and some great models also. Not sure of that dodgy Inertia geezer standing next to the lovely Natash though?  Should he be allowed that close do you think lol???

PS good to see that Tony Oliffe has been rewarded something for his wonderful Lifeboats!

Thanks to ALL the CLUBS/TRADERS and of course all the model Boaters who attended the show

WE can not possibly name all the People who helped to put on the show you ALL KNOW who you are and we thank you very much.

The best in show went to Hms Duke of York closely follwoed by the Tid of last years winner....boy oh boy did this give us headackes as 5 different judges couldnt make their minds up the Duke took it by the closest of margins of 1/2 a point

Best Club Went to the Alverston Pirates who pulled out all the stops...This was judged by a member of the public and the main reason why the won was quite simple really they put up on their stand some boards not only telling everyone where they sailed but also how to sail.....what else was at their venue it really stood out from the rest so our Judge told us

Now the RAFFLE   {-) {-) {-) {-) {-) {-) {-) {-)

Here lies a little story straight from the horses mouth....Mark phones up yesterday to congratulate a winner and was proptly told go away with your marketing calls and phone slammed down....again he called explianing it was NOT such a call only for the phone to be left on the side and he could clearly hear them talking ......3rd call he got  the husband who didnt believe and put phone down....not to be dettered he called agaon and gave his wife his tel no so she could phone back....only to be told I am NOT calling that tel no as it will be  a cop shop that i call............for all you who dont know A Model Worlds tel no ends in GUESS WHAT ....999

So if this is YOU I would give Mark a ring ASAP as YOU HAVE WON A FLIPPING RAFFLE PRIZE ...

Next years show will be at the same venue and I will GTEE everyone one thing the POOL will be INSIDE as Dave has had enough of chasing it around the car park  O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0

Great photos, thanks for sharing. Do you have any close ups of the Type 12 Frigate, HMS Rhyl?

In case anyone was wondering, the builder of the stunning HMS Duke of York was Derek Hogg. A magnificent piece of work and well worth looking out for on the show circuit.
