Frozen lake

Went done to the lake this morning and it was frozen solid,the ducks looked lost walking on the ice still I had plenty of bread to feed them,had my breakfast with the lads great chat, sailing weather seems a long way off on a day like this still plenty to do on the boats before that comes around,Ray

OOoooooo and I see that bill odie will be fuming at you for feeding ducks bread - apparently it swells in their stomachs and gives them digestive problems - just the Canadian geese then as they really make a mess of our waterways - green algae etc (gonna blame them for it, even if it isn't their fault  %) )

I try and give the Geese a wide berth and only feed the small ducks and I agree the Geese do make a mess,our jetty gets cover in poo and it makes the launching of a boat a bit dodgy but that's the price we pay for wild life which has as much right to use it as us,Ray.
