Well now she's got working lights and radars and most of the fittings are there. She need her name and some small things. We have ice now so pictures at sea will be later.
All the best!

Hello!
Some pics from sailing the finished model, except for the name that is.
Hope you enjoy.

Well done Hama, she looks very realistic on the water.
To be honest I was nearly fooled by the first photo, it looks just right for a moderate sea!
Also, the second last photo is a stunner in the near darkness - brilliant.  :-))

With the absence of any other surrounding lighting, looking into or toward a real ships decklights can be blinding & the Vessel is certainly punching out a boatload of Lumens hama. O0  especially in this first image with the ships lighting reflection in the deep calm rolling water and creating such realism with the waterline of the vessel   :-))

Hi Hama. What an amazing build! The twilight photos look really effective!
Was the project a kit which you have modified?
Cheers.

Hello Bill, and thanks for your kind words!
Yes she was a kit from Tian Jie bought from Hobby Lobby in Germany. The model is of Salvirile and sister Salvision from Semco. I modified the superstructure and painted her in Maersk livery thus naming her Maersk Vision.
All the best!
