Model boat restoration
« on: March 08, 2015, 06:29:28 pm »

hi just been given a model fishing boat built by my late uncle
Although still fairly good condition could do with a tidy up and possibly upgrading to a modern transmitter etc as it's still got a 27mhz set up
I am not able to undertake the restoration  myself and wonder if anyone here knows of someone who can professionally or part time undertake this project as ideally I would like this boat put back to its original condition for sentermental  reasons.
Thanks in advance
Dave

JSB Model Restorations advertise on the Model Boats website - http://www.modelboats.co.uk/

The link to their site - http://www.jsbmodelrestorations.com/

I have never seen any of their workmanship or able to give any recommendation, just noticed their advert.

Hope this helps,
Tony.

 Hi dave.
what length is it, would be an idea to post a pic possibly somebody on here would take on the job for some beer tokens.. O0 {-) {-)
just a matter of changingTx and Rx for a 2.4 combo the rudder servo and ESC could possibly be retained.
