Well starting on the mizzen deck, after looking at what lines go where, initially I was going to run no lines for the mast, then I thought, OK where on the deck could I fit them so that when the decks removed all the lines come with it, so the plan is to fit the standing rigging to the two loops created at the rear, yes they are forward of where they would normally be, but as the deck is tapered and the point where the loops would go is on the new fitted bits, I decided that these points were likely to break off and I have put them where the ratlines go, so why not just behind the lanyards as in the fore and main mast, well I am fitting the ratlines to the fore channels and putting a hook on the ratlines so they can be removed and therefore the deck, it has two functions like on Sovereign, the appearance is maintained of ratlines to the mast and second the ratlines hold the deck on as it's then hooked on.
First photo is of the loops, the deck needs to be painted to hide the new deck widening parts.
Then the paint removed on the mast under the platform.
The two sets of hooks and eyes, note that the hooks have a feature built in that is actually a problem, to prevent the eye from easily sliding off the hook, they fitted a small spring or bump as the folding process, it makes getting the eye of the hook difficult and is seen on the main and fore masts, depending on how the folding went it can make it easy to keep the yards on or frustratingly annoying as the yard falls off, hence why I tied the yards to the hooks.
And the modified hooks on the mast, note the bump removed as I don't want the eyes to be held on as it will be difficult to remove them when the deck has to come off.
