Switches n' stuff...
« on: March 25, 2015, 08:42:04 am »

Chaps, instead of using two microswitches on a servo to switch a water pump to blow/suck, then suck/blow, is there an electronic switcher available commercially? It seems a waste of an esc just to be able to turn a pump on/off/on.

I am using an Action Twin Relay Switcher in my U-Boat for reversing a water pump, most effective. About the same price as a Viper SC but for pump work on-off is better than slowly ramping up if you knock the stick, especially if you don't notice it pumping!

When you can get a reversible esc for seven quid, why worry?
