All down at the lake getting boats wet.  :-))
Just back from a good session, about twenty
members.
Beautiful day but no wind for us rag and stickies.
Highlight of the day One member fell in the lake.
He has been banned as its a no swim lake %%  %%
Seriously though, the best day we have had this year
so far.

What - are my contributions being overlooked  %) ,

I have a twin boot pc (xp and win 7), where the xp failed several months ago, and a long weekend to get it up and running again  >>:-( , though I have been 'BRICKING' it (courtesy of U33) on starting the next boat (it seems that everytime i start to do some work on one - something goes horribly wrong, and not with boats but in my life, plus a couple of days ago a mirror fell off the fireplace - so seven years bad luck if you go off the wifes tale (swimbo is old - but not as old as me  :D ), work is a bit of one of those things that could go orribly wrong in a bad way.

To a degree it has been quite but, there again, all the shops are shut so sanity all to briefly returns :-))

So, it has been in the garden hacking at the brambles and ivy and ----- pondering just how I shall get my 1972, 150 bhp, Trumprt 6 out of the garage, where she has resided since November 1987 so that restoration can commence later this year; providing I'm fit enough to do so of course. There is also a 1958 Moggie 1000 in front, if anybody is interested.......

The fog has descended again as well.

I would leave the cars there. They seem to be holding up the garage {-) {-)

Seriously though mine is not much better structurally! The good thing is the bloke next door has been storing stuff in it while we've been in Spain. Yesterday he set about emptying it and taking all my junk to the local tip, give him a  :-)) for that, saves me a job!

  Hi,
Looking at the lean angle on the garage sides I would move everything a.s.a.p. if you want to keep the cars intact. Looks seriously ready for the great garage in the sky! Hope I am wrong. Good luck.
        Cheers,
             Peter.

Just the thing for a 'Time Team Special' I reckon.

You need professional help there. Right at the very end beyond the Moggie there is probably an unexcavated iron age tumulus.

To put minds at rest, the garage is perfectly sound and straight. As warspite says the distortion is due to lens distortion, 24mm @f4 using a 24-70 Nikkor 2.8G ED lens on a D800.

An Iron age tumulus, perhaps it was very dark and dank when I eventually hacked my way to the back of the garage. an update will be forthcoming in a new thread once the updating of Budgie Towers commences and I find a structural engineer who wants to take some money off me!

When I clear out, or even just root around looking for something, anything found that I'd completely forgotten I had gets thrown out - regardless.
It can be hard, but it's utterly logical  :-)

Definitely a contender for a boot sale, lots of goodies there.

No, the garage is not falling down look at the roof line it is still in line with the walls so not "leaning".

You just have to have good neighbours. Following on from saying ours was cleaning out my garage because he was using it for storage. Yesterday he repainted the doors on it  and today he came in and completely undercoated my kitchen ceiling and walls. He's coming back tomorrow to give it a complete emulsion and paint the woodwork!

Mind you he is a professional painter/decorator and has got the job done when it would take me the best part of a week, and all for free!
