A question for power boaters from the 1980's - anyone recognise the attached old IC Outdrive ?

We (King Lear Model Boat club members Leicester) assumed it to be an A.M.P.S. produced by Miller Agnew / TM Products,
but after closer inspection of an A.M.P.S. advert it is noticeably different ??
