If I was a museum curator, I would have no qualms comissioning you for similarly excellent pieces Ken. Your customer must have liked it when he first saw it. so you have no worries there!

She looks realistically tired and windswept. She needs a few weeks in dock for some TLC and the sailors to get busy with their needles.

Thanks guys well my Rolf took delivery of it today and said it is totally amazing, said he knew it would be good as he had seen the way it was going, but that it was way better than he had expected, he recons it's the framing that finishes it off.

Superb job.  I am very impressed.  I hope the new custodian will construct a glass case for it before vulnerable protrusions gets damaged, and to keep the dust off.   :-))
