Hi
         I am a new member living in Manchester, have just retired and have more time to build and sail my boats, have only built three boats my favourite being a 49" Perkasa MTB. And about to start a Sea Hornet soon.
I am very fortunate (I think) as my wife also likes to sail her own fast electric at our club.
That's about it just a quick hello and look forward to getting some good and useful information from fellow members.

Welcome to the madhouse.   :}

Whatever you want to know, someone here will offer advice.  Some of it might even relate to model boats.   {-)

Thanks for the warm welcome and yes I will add some pictures of my efforts up to date, still trying to find my way around the site and how it all works! Not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to PC's

 :-)) Don't worry Peter it is a right of passage to post pics on here not easy when you start,we all have trouble first time round and there are several sites that will resize you pic's I use Postimage but there a lot of others,just click on resize for forums,download your photo's and transfer to Mayhem bingo,I hope this helps as I am not too good at explaining it anyway, I hope you enjoy your time on here,they are great bunch of guys and all ways helpful,Ray. :-))

Welcome Peter.

Uploading pictures can be infuriating. You can use a Hosting site. I use Imageshack, where on the browse and upload window, you can set the size to a suitable one. I use 800x600 that gives you a good viewing size without the need to scroll. They have a limit to how many images you can host on there, and can buy more space on a monthly basis.

Take is step by step and do not fret.
