Help with 40MHz crystals.
« on: May 23, 2015, 10:49:39 pm »

Hi anyone who can help.
I have ben given a Futaba 40MHz tx and a box of crystals ,all with different frequency numbers on them. As they are all in the box and jumbled up, is there anyway I can pair the tx ones with the rx ones.( i.e. what crystal is the tx and what one is the rx?) Are the tx numbers the same as the rx?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

you need to find matching numbers.also there should be t and r on them.so a matching pair would be 40.715 t and 40.715 r...hope this helps

Hi, be careful in case there are Hitec Xs as well, dual conversion cause a lot of trouble, nemesis
