Thanks Bryan,

I like the crew also, just wondering if I should add some or just leave it as it is?

I think you have it about right unless you do the wheelhouse as well. If you look at the modern AHTS which are a workboat just like this, they have a crew of around 14. So if you say two on the bridge, maybe 2 engineers and a cook, tha'ts not leaving many to be out on deck working and if they are doing shifts rather than 'all hands' you wouldn't need any more than you have.

You may want to move the guy from the bow though, not much is done up there when underway for safety reasons, in harbour its a different matter.

Hi Bryan,

Thank you for the info.
I will leave it as it is then.
for the guy on the bow, let's say the boat is coming in, or just leaving the harbor  ok2

Hi evryone,

here's a video from Happy Hunter II towing a barge (trial) for the first time.

Here's another filmed from the barge

Like I said, this was just a trial, I need some training to navigate correctly  :}

Nice video. I think the barge needs more weight adding to it, so that it handles more like a real barge would. At the moment it seems to bob around like a cork. If it was heavier it would give the tug more work to do towing it.

Yes,I still need to finish the barge, détails, painting AND the cargo,
this was just a trial and the only cargo was a GoPro camera, not really heavy  {-)
