Hello
I'm completely new to forums so I hope I'm doing this right! Thank you for the Welcome message, nice to be given some info to start off.
As my user name suggests I am a retired Submariner and a pensioner, I live in NE England, Tyne and Wear area.
I have been making model RC boats for a couple of years now and consider myself a keen beginner!!
I have just bought a second hand Robbe Dusseldorf fire boat and want to strip it down to refurbish, however, I don't have the original plans or build instruction booklet. Can anyone help me with my search. Help or advice would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks and apologies if I haven't done this right.
Ian

hi ya Submarine Vet

Are you a real Geordie or a guest?  living in Tyne and Wear.

Do you live anywhere near South Shields?

I have refurbished/rebuilt the Dusseldorf a few years ago for my son and it now lives at The Hobby Shop, Laygate South Shields - somewhere I also have the instruction booklet and plans and when I looked again I found plans for the Zwarte Zee which I forgot about - so there is still hope for it being around somewhere.   If and when I find it, I will let you know.
