Yes it is.   I haven't built this one, but I did build the later France,  (1911) also a five-masted barque.
I did the above drawing last year.

This is the later France.     A much larger ship with twin-screw diesel engines as well, but no royals.    Eventually, the engines were removed, leaving her the largest commercial sailing ship powered only by the wind.
