Does the thread need to go all the way along?

Thanks guys, yes essex I need it to go the full length as I need it to space my servo's at intervals along it.

Thats exactly it Barry. Wowzah! not cheap though, £4.50 for 150mm. I need 4 :o and a packet of 10 nuts another £4,50. My wife has changed the email notification on the Ebay account from mine to hers, I guess I might have some explaining to do when I order those!
