Davie...very futuristic  :o ......it may have gun mount ordinance projectiles that can see around corners...cause the gun mount sure looks fixed {-) ..... Derek

Looks like they have gone back to WW1 and using tethered balloons for spotting. How the mighty RN has fallen.

I suspect the "gun" mount would turn about 45' off center so still have to basically point the ship at the target but probably firing rocket assisted guided rounds , the "blimp" is probably a radar equipped quad rotor electrically powered through the cable to get the radar up to 2000ft or so ( would make low level attacks inside 250nm pretty redundant although the US is currently testing the Harpoon replacement which goes 500nm.. )

If the Propulsors are designed for stealth then the enemy sensors will just be tuned to listen to any unusual readings. They sound intriguing though!
