Parking in the briney

Well this happened in Menai Bridge today...nearly happened to me and my m8 whilst we were fishing there one night...and on a 33feet high tide it does cover the parking area quite often...and boy oh boy does it come in FAST

Latest Call Out 02.09.2015 @ 12.55 Request from SO Bangor to assist with investigation into reports of submerged vehicles Menai Bridge, upon arrival found two vehicles in the water at Porth Y Wrach Slipway, shortly afterwards the owners returned and were ‘Gobsmacked’ that the tide had come in so high and submerged the vehicles, we waited until the tide ebbed and the two vehicles were recovered, unfortunately not a good way to end a few days away on Anglesey.

You can get some pretty high tides in this part of the world too. This is Bosham High Street on Chichester Harbour. Cars are frequently caught out.
