Hi Bob.
That motor is a Keda TR2837/18. It is a 830KV motor & is running on 9.6 volts in the picture, giving an off load shaft speed of 7968 rpm. Depending on what batteries you intend using, you could go for the TR2837/14 & run it on 2s lipo's to give around the same speed, the advantage is that the Lipo pack is around half the weight of the Nimh pack (so you could run 2 packs & have 10000 mah capacity) the disadvantage is the Tr2837/14 will draw more current than the TR2837/18, depending on the prop size you use.
I will now go & hide from the H&S police who will shortly be along to arrest me for suggesting you use 2 lipo packs in parallel without warning of the catastrophic damage it may cause to all living things in the known galaxy. Yes it can be risky if you are a complete Muppet, but i was just suggesting some options available & once you have considered them ( because you are not a Muppet) you will then ask for further information from members of the forum & club before proceeding.
See you soon
Glenn
