« on: September 25, 2015, 05:42:45 pm »

Hi
I have got the CEM900 motor this is the  spec they put about it

Nominal Voltage: 12V
Operating Range: 6-18VRPM at Nominal Voltage: 3000No Load Current: 0.4ACurrent at Nominal Voltage: 5.0AStall Current: 20.3ADiameter 51.9mm, Length 69mm, Weight 475gOutput shaft 6.3mm (1/4")Part No: CEM900T

But on the motor it as got
Model CEM900T
DC Range V: 6 - 24 DC Nominal: 12
RPM at DC Nominal: 3000

So what I won't two now is can this motor be run at 24 volts and be ok or does it have to run at 12 volts
Thanks

The data actually on the motor does state 6 - 24  volts range so running the motor up to 24 volts is ok.

Is this for your Puffer build?
At 24v it might be screening for mercy!

If it's for the Puffer 12v will suffice
