Can any one tell me  where I can get a DC 12V To DC 24V 5A Step-up Converter

If you put DC 12V To DC 24V 5A Step-up Converter into ebay you will find some

This one from Component Ship is excellent.  12V in 24V out, adjustable, LED display, 3.0A
