Hovercraft Parts

hi all,  i got a hovercraft that needs to be restored,   hovercraft models or hobbie shop closed down last year,  what i need is new dunno what it called but thing that it flouts on as this one got big hole in it and i cant make my own let alone use a sewing machine  {-) ,  need new rudders and joining bar that moves both rudders as it on 1 servo,   hope this makes sense,  i can post photo later today?.
