hi guys, does anyone know how many crew are on the German krabbenkutterhi boats?
I am building the billings kit, I can find lots of information on the boats but nothing on
How many crew are on board.

that size of shrimp beamer would have 3 crew , skipper in the wheelhouse and 2 deckhands to work the gear , grade the shrimps and box them

I would say 2 Person .... Skipper and Deckhand .... thats what I have seen in german documentaries about the north sea Krabbenkutter.
The crabs won't pay more than 2 people on a boat e decent salary and pay for the expenses of the boat.

Where is the ( other ) deck hand I can say below decks making a cuppa.
