Hello! My first post here on MBM.

In what is, I guess, a familiar scenario I have retrieved my old Caldercraft Vigilant II from a loft with the intention of restoring and updating it.

Whilst there's no economic sense in doing so, the nostalgia and the fact I've got a little one to build it for makes it worthwhile.

Problem is, I can't seem to find anything about the kit! I'd dearly love to look at some original plans / guides / instructions and also to understand the originally recommended motor, prop and rudder specs.

In all likelihood I'll over-motor it with a modern brushless LiPo setup, but before I do I want to baseline the kit and understand where it began life.

Any help very, very much appreciated.

Result! Huge thanks to John at JoTiKa who has very kindly supplied a full set of instructions, plans and a parts list.
