Well, that's one way to take the anti-fouling off!
At the end of that video, spot the link to 'welding' wood. Is this an early April Fool? - If it is it's very convincing.

According to the company that makes them, the spigots are really for holding the ramp steady whilst loading or unloading on suitable ground. The video shows the craft in a humorous mode showing possible capabilities. A bit like those JCBs doing a formation dance!
