Graupner used to make a submarine called the "Shark", maybe she knew more than you thought...

While sailing a Victoria (yacht) - "What makes it go?"
I sometimes wonder how, where and why we got a reputation as a seagoing nation.  A thought that gets repeated every time I see someone in one of the hire rowing boats making a determined effort to row it backwards.  Or two rowers working in opposition and being mystified as to why they were just spinning on the spot.
