Couldn't help asking, what did you finally settle for on your rudders?
The 'Gob Rope' is brilliant. I've never seen it before.

Batteries. I notice your batteries seem to be in the original plastic tray.
I found this made the tug lean over, and she was very tender handling.
I took the plastic tray out. (A somewhat destructive process).
I made a battery tray to fit on the bottom of the hull. Instant improvement in handling.

Has anyone been brave enough to rempove the original electronics and fit two new ESC's.
Probably with a mixer, to improve steering - especially in reverse.

I still can't reverse my tug.  >>:-(
