no they wont bind , but if you look on ebay its possible to buy orange rxs that are compatible with your spektrum tx that cost a fraction of the price of genuine rxs . ive 17 models & just two OE rxs , orange certainly work with my dx7s & dx6i txs .

I have a couple of spectrum rx and an orange rx
But I got a tug to play with why I am researching my first builds and it has a planet rx fitted but it is stuck in
and its in a awkward place to get at to remove it. I feel a hammer and chisel moment coming on  <*<

If it's one of the R6M type then it might slide out of its card sleeve. If not then why not just disconnect it and leave it in there?

Of course, if you can remove it intact, its probably worth money as apparently they've stopped making them. :-))

Oops! I meant without heavy machinery - that's unless you have delicate fingernails.

Anyway got the whole board out with RX, P107, speed controller and some type of voltage dropper gizmo for the smoke effect. The RX and the speed controller where stuck down with some form of heavy duty double sided tape. A long bladed knife and off it popped result I'll replace it then stick the board back in.
Thanks for all the replies most helpful. Now anyone need a planet R6M RX.
