Smit Rotterdam (billings) hull
« on: March 28, 2016, 06:27:17 pm »

Hello All,
looking for a bit of help, couple of years ago I got a semi built smit Rotterdam from ebay,
theu must of sickened of the planking as it is half done, port side only,
as you can guess the keel is twisted, ive looked at removing the planking and putting the keel in a jig

my other though was a GRP hull ??? anybody know of a manufacturer

any thoughts greatly appreciated

thanks
Richy

excellent, just been on the site and they do a 1:78th,

don't open till april though :((, looks like plan B will be getting used if not too expensive, cut superstructure away from ribs and planking and transplant onto grp hull

shouldn't be too expensive

thanks again
