an impressive bit of kit!
I am about to start the build of a 40 tonne travel hoist for lifting canal boats, looks a bit puny after that!

Those self assembly pylon systems certainly beat man handling thousands of sleepers. How will the whole assembly be put in the water?

Very carefully I would imagine Ian {-)

As a pure guess I would say it'll travel on skids and thence onto Mighty Servant or similar ?

That would be my guess, skid onto the deck of a heavy lift ship, or
barge, then to final fitting or offshore location.
