 :embarrassed: Can anyone refer me to any sites that show actual photos,of the different cutters,jolly boats etc. From this time period.Insanity is setting in  {:-{  with so many different types.Good thing my son runs a brewery :}

I found a book titled "The Boats of Men-of-War" by Cdr W.E. May which covers the subject.  It was published by Caxton Editions for the National Maritime Museum in 2003. Pulling boats didn't evolve greatly from beginning to end so some of the Norman Ough drawings might be helpful as well.

 :-)) :-)) Thank you ship mate for the help.Where does your interest lay in terms of what you build.I build only static Victorian era warships.Just working on the Polyphemus at the moment,and like Bob,moments of insanity occur >>:-(

You're welcome Kayechuk.  Mostly I concentrate on WW II/Post war Canadian warships.  I'm currently working on an HMCS Cape Breton at 1/96th scale and am leaning toward a Prestonian class frigate for my next one.
