Arghhhh Pets, who'd have em?
« on: April 29, 2016, 11:22:05 am »

Well its the time of year that the farmers are spraying their fruit trees, so I get out my back pack and fill with insecticide. As I have been carrying a chest infection since February Karen said I had to wear a face mask (ppe and all that)

So I shut the two pups inside with Karen, go to the hobby room and open up my large chest where I keep stuff I don't use that often (ppe :embarrassed: ) emptying on the floor I got a facemask and went outside to do the spraying. Half an hour later I come back to chaos and destruction.

Karen on her tablet had not noticed the young dog wander into the hobby room, of course it was PLAYTIME!!! On coming back in I found Karen trying to clean up glass mat which the dogs had pulled and tugged between themselves.

A 5mtr by 1mtr length of 4oz glass mat for my next build is now a ruinous piece of rubbish, Karen had the vacumn out trying to get the strands up, I'm attempting a rescue of any piece that I can use to reinforce corners, I certainly don't have enough to lay as continuous lengths.

My fault entirely and I hold up my hand, but that doesn't make it easier.

Our two puppies are 9 and 3 they still have not grown up yet. They still like to create havoc at any opportunity. Mind you our son is 31 and he still acts like he is 18 half the time  <*<

I hope the pups didn't eat any of the fibreglass. It could make a real mess of their insides.

Of course it's the pups fault for not shutting the door and managing to reach the FG that you had put well out of reach !
Bet you would miss them if they weren't there !  ?

We lost our little black female Pomp on 1 May to old age.
We had 15 years 6 weeks of our little boss(1.65 KG) because of her size and cost I name her TRUFFLES.
I love dogs but no more for us, we will baby sit our daughter's pomp(our fur grandson).
