help needed to i.d a action unit

hi all i was givern this action unit   on the circuit board it has  P33    i have no paper work with it  to say what it is   im thinking its a speed control   
so if anyone knows  or has a diagram of it  & could let me know that would be a great help thanks

It's a Slim 15A speed controller circa 1995; 2v - 12v motor supply. Wiring on the terminals block (from top down to bottom) is Motor, Motor, Positive, Negative (same as P80 is now). The tabs on the two MOSFETs can get hot; I'd advise removing that corner of the case lid to provide cooling. I think the two pots adjust the neutral and peak motor speed values.
What's the betting that Stan Reffin has a copy of the instructions?   8)
