Found these in a charity shop. Pound each. The model boat one has several plans! And last week there was a Deans Marine HMS Skirmishers still unmade with 2ch radio motor etc for £245

Sounds like a family are clearing out the home of a deceased, or maybe someone has sadly realised that they cannot do their hobby anymore:O(
