However is it a work in progress?... as the STDB & PORT side secondary brake band assembly are yet to be fitted with the hydraulic cylinder & hoses etc........... it appears to be temporally held together for the photographs' with a length of M1 length threaded bar
Seems improbable that these two brakes were emergency and manually operated only....as the primary winches also have manual locking hand wheel control overriding their cylinders....... however designers do funny things

The dutch, germans and belgians seem to post and intermix on each of their pages, sometimes chatting in english or the relevant language, fortunately facebook includes a translator which makes life easier
