Goodness....that is mind boggling detail @ 1:50 Brian.........absolute credit to the constructor :-))

However is it a work in progress?... as the STDB & PORT side secondary brake band assembly are yet to be fitted with the hydraulic cylinder & hoses etc........... it appears to be temporally held together for the photographs' with a length of M1 length threaded bar O0

Seems improbable that these two brakes were emergency and manually operated only....as the primary winches also have manual locking hand wheel control overriding their cylinders....... however designers do funny things

No idea Derek, the builder is dutch or german, I'm never quite sure.

I'm never quite sure because I get them from european facebook pages  :} The dutch, germans and belgians seem to post and intermix on each of their pages, sometimes chatting in english or the relevant language, fortunately facebook includes a translator which makes life easier ok2

These guys have various you tube voids up for their maersk tugs and WoW all the functions they come up with are amazing . They even managed to get rear deck functions working to grab chains etc on their aht 's . Would love to know where to get the gear and the skills to do this stuff lol
