I think you might have trouble finding M1.5 as when you go below 2 mm diameter they tend to be sold in 0.2mm graduations so you might get M1.4 or M1.6 but not M1.5.  I recently bought a miniature Tap and Die set and there isn't a 1.5 mm size or a 1.7mm
