Work is nearly completed those small items seem to take forever. Hope to be finished by the end of the month.

Just one picture at the moment. The new model along with its very old partner. I hope to have them both at  model shows this year. More pictures to follow when all detailing work is complete.

HI Missyd having visited Scarborough last April  I took some pictures of small fishing vessels. The drum that holds the nets either had nothing on them or the nets were wound tightly on them but will try to had a little more detail

Have a short break and plan your next steps Stan. She looks really good mate. I like the effect you got on the stool cushion, making that red-brown leatherette I think we have all seen on stools etc.

I bet the plastic kit manufacturers never guessed how diverse the buyers of their kits would be  :-))

HI Guys just a few final pictures of this build. This will be the last fishing vessel build for me back to the grey funnel line now. Should you be at any of the northern model shows this year both the old boat and the new model will be on display side by side.

Having thought I had finished this model. Yesterday at our steam event Mountfleet models had more 1/24 scale figures for sale. I found one that will look fine on this model.

HI all hope to have pictures on the water later this month. Just a few problems to sort out first.

Reposition on/off switch and make a hatch to cover it.

Some rope details to fit and fenders and tyres to fit also.

Well its now September I should have had sea trials done way back in June but even with the best planning things go belly up. The model got its first trial this morning needs a little ballast in the stern to lift up the bow and more rudder movement is needed. Four pictures from this morning.
