Been looking at Jif65 plans I have and the frames for the hull don't seem to be 90 degrees to deck. Is it best to built the hull with frames at 88 degrees to hull or extend frames so I can fix frames to base board at right angles.

The jif65 frames are set at 90 degrees to the waterline.
