Action P95
« on: October 25, 2016, 08:20:50 pm »

I know what the answer will be.....RTFM  {-) {-) , but I am going to ask anyway............

I have a customer's model here on the bench with all the Action gear as recommended in the Build Manual....  Now, when I select 'ahead' on the throttle, I get two green lights plus one red.  With 'astern' selected, it is two red lights and one green.

Is this OK or am I about to fry the whole caboosh!!!!!!

Cheers
Carl  :-))

The LEDs are "bi-coloured", which means that their colour changes from red to green when their polarity changes. In plain English the answer to your question is "no" - it's just that one motor might well run in the opposite direction to the other two or the direction you need. If that happens then just reverse the two wires on the input side of the P95 for that motor.
Like I've often said, if it was rocket-science then I wouldn't be anywhere near it!
